1. General Provisions

1.1 Nature of the Agreement

This document sets out the terms applicable between the fb99 platform (https://fb99-bet.cam) and its registered or unregistered users. fb99 is an online gaming and betting platform that provides casino games, slots, live casino, sports betting and other gaming services to Bangladeshi users.

1.2 Precedence of Terms

These terms and conditions take precedence over any advertisement, promotional message or verbal agreement related to the fb99 platform. In the event of any dispute, this written document shall be considered final. fb99 reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time.

1.3 Language and Interpretation

Although these terms are written in Bengali, fb99 maintains an English version as well. In the event of any difference in interpretation, the English version shall take precedence.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

All fb99 services are strictly for persons aged 21 or above. Account registration, gaming or betting by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. fb99 reserves the right to verify age and may close any account registered with false information at any time.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may open only one account on fb99. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, fb99 may identify them, forfeit all balances and permanently close all such accounts.

2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details — must be completely accurate and genuine. Registering with false or misleading information is strictly prohibited. fb99 may request a national ID card or other documents for identity verification.

2.4 Acceptance of Registration

fb99 reserves the right to reject any application without giving a reason. Once registration is complete, these terms become applicable to the user.

3. Account Management

3.1 Protection of Login Credentials

It is the user's own responsibility to keep their username and password completely confidential. fb99 never sends messages asking for a password or OTP. Sharing or giving this information to anyone else is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Account Ownership

fb99 accounts are non-transferable. Selling, renting or transferring an account is prohibited. Third parties may not operate activities from a user's account.

3.3 Unauthorised Access

If a user suspects unauthorised access to their account, they must notify fb99 support immediately. fb99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account to prevent potential misuse.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

If an account has had no activity for an extended period, fb99 reserves the right to make a decision regarding that inactive account. Users will be notified in advance by email in such cases.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

The approved methods for deposits and withdrawals on fb99 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and other major Bangladeshi banks). fb99 does not accept any method outside this list.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. No transactions below these amounts will be processed. Withdrawal requests will be declined if the account does not have a sufficient verified balance.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, additional time may be required in cases of identity verification or exceptional circumstances.

4.4 Payment Verification

fb99 may request additional documents for the purpose of verifying any transaction. Suspicious transactions may be held pending the completion of an investigation. If there is reason to suspect money laundering or fraud, fb99 reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities.

4.5 Third-Party Payments

Deposits or withdrawals from any source other than a payment method registered in the user's own name are prohibited. If a third-party transaction is detected, the account and associated funds may be forfeited.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered users on fb99 may receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a bonus of ৳1,500, giving a total balance of ৳2,500 — to withdraw from this bonus, a wager of ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer applies only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• fb99 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent use is found, the account may be closed.

5.3 VIP Program

The fb99 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.5%), Silver (up to 1.0%) and Gold (up to 1.5%). Cashback is calculated on the week's net losses. Advancement to a higher tier is at fb99's discretion and is related to turnover.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

fb99 uses third-party certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fairness in all games. Any attempt to manipulate game results will result in the permanent closure of the account.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game ends abnormally due to a server error, network issue or software bug, fb99 reserves the right to cancel that round or restore it to the state before the error. Any winnings gained as a result of a technical error will not be considered valid.

6.3 Betting Rules

All betting activities must remain within the limits set by fb99. Separate terms may apply to specific matches or events in sports betting, which will be clearly stated on the relevant page.

6.4 Game Provider Terms

Games available on fb99 are developed by various providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI and Evolution. The respective provider's own rules may also apply when playing these games.

7. Prohibited Activities

7.1 Strictly Prohibited

The following activities are completely prohibited on fb99:

• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to manipulate the bonus system.
• Playing games using any bot, automated software or artificial means.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Attempting to access or hack another user's account.

• Collecting another user's information through fraudulent means.

7.2 Consequences

If any of the above activities are detected, fb99 may immediately close the relevant account, forfeit all balances and take legal action where applicable.

fb99 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Registration with false or misleading information.

A user may request voluntary account closure at any time. In such cases, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the applicable terms. Verifiable balances will be returned in accordance with fb99's rules.
